BIG-DOORGIESSE BIG DOORS are designed specifically to ensure maneuverability, impermeability, and low maintenance costs. All metal components are treated with protection systems against the weathering agents such as epoxy painting or hot-dip galvanizing. Ideal to close or delimit also large openings. Thanks to the special weave double PVC-fabric panel, folded on both sides of the horizontal elements, ensures an excellent tensile and tear strength and a perfect thermal and acoustic insulation.

CONSTRUCTION

2CONSTRUCTION OF METAL STRUCTURES

The entire structural metal construction is carried out in our workshops and cared in every detail by specialized personnel and enabled by third party institutions according to the European regulations.

Guaranteed reliability and European origin are the key features for all mechanical components. The custom-designed components in collaboration with modern work centers. High resistance certified nuts and bolts.

ASSEMBLING OF THE LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURES

Each truss is pre-assembled in our workshop where the quality control is performed with particular regard to the welds.

 

ON-SITE INSTALLATION

5TRANSPORT

The door is transported at the installation site, on articulated trucks often organised as exceptional transport.

 

6INSTALLATION

Installations are performed by teams of specialised technicians, trained and managed by the supervisor in compliance with the safety standards.

 

THE UPRIGHTS AND THE SIDE GUIDES

They support the upper lattice girder and allow the sliding of the sliding blocks placed at the end of the intermediate trusses. They can be mechanically fixed to the existing structure or not, in the self-supporting version.

7THE UPPER lattice girder

This is the main structural part it supports the PVC double curtain with connected intermediate trusses. It contains the automation and lifting elements.

 

8THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

All electrical components are contained in a PVC anti-corrosion box that is located at the point defined in the design phase. Nothing is left to chance in this way at the site, being a pre-wired installation already at our workshops.

FIXING OF THE CURTAINS AND TESTING

9INTERMEDIATE TRUSSES

These are placed between the two PVC curtains and fixed through an anodized aluminium profile and fixing screws. They confer the door resistance to wind and slide into the side rails using special sliding blocks at both ends, moreover they are equipped with special noise-dampening bearings.

10INTERNAL VIEW OF THE DOOR

On the inside the door looks exactly as on the outside. No element protrudes from the curtain ensuring maximum lifting safety.

 

11MOTION SYSTEM

The intermediate trusses are collected in succession through the special polyester belts. The two curtains naturally fold outwards thus avoiding any type of wear.
